Shipping policy

US SHIPPING

For standard and expedited shipping, please enter your address in checkout to see the options for your area. Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are expected to arrive within 3-5 business days from being shipped. Expedited orders are expected to arrive within 2-3 business days from being shipped.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Please note that it may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping rates, taxes and duties will be auto-calculated upon checkout. You are responsible to pay for the calculated duties and/or taxes as determined by country of destination at this point. For returns or exchanges, you are responsible for sending item(s) back to KIM CIG at your own cost. Item(s) must be sent back within ten days of receiving the merchandise. You are liable for all duties and taxes that are charged for transporting the returned merchandise back to KIM CIG.

BESPOKE SHIPPING

Bespoke/Custom bags ship within approximately 6-8 weeks. 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES 

We highly recommend selecting signature delivery to minimize the risk of lost or stolen packages. If the tracking shows the package has been delivered but you have not received it, we will help you open a case with the courier and try to locate your package. KIM CIG is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If returning an item, use a traceable and/or insurable method as KIM CIG is not responsible for any returned packages not received.
