Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

KIM CIG will exchange or refund merchandise for store credit for all returns initiated within 14 business days from the date of delivery. Returns must be unused and in their original packaging including boxes and dust bags and all accessories. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or store credit for the following items: Custom/Bespoke Orders, Collaboration Presales, Gift Cards, Any items purchased with a discount over 40%, Any items labeled ‘Final Sale’. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date your item was delivered and should be sent prepaid. You will be responsible for the return shipping charge. 


KIM CIG reserves the right to refuse a return on merchandise not in its original condition or beyond the designated return period. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your own expense and a refund will not be issued. We only accept returns for merchandise purchased directly from kimcig.com.


Please allow up to 2 weeks for the processing of your exchange from the date we receive your package.


International orders are final sale only and may not be returned or exchanged. 



RETURNING YOUR MERCHANDISE

A return shipping label will be issued to you via email. Please contact info@kimcig for a return label and include your order number. Please pack the return shipment using all original packaging materials and/or protective packaging for shipment. With your package, include packing slip and secure the return label to the top of the box. Then, bring the return package to your local specified courier pick up location.


Damaged returns and returns sent back without prior authorization will be returned to sender.


We will send you an email once your return has been received to let you know whether or not your return has been accepted. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed within 5 business days, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Note that it may take several weeks for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Any questions regarding the status of your refund should first be addressed to your credit card company. If your return is not accepted, we will notify you via email with our explanation, and we will return the merchandise to you.



REPAIR

Damaged acrylic items* can be sent back to KIM CIG and we will provide an estimate of any associated cost within 3 weeks of receiving the product. Any unapproved estimates will be sent back to the customer. All repairs will be returned to the customer in approximately 6-8 weeks. If you would like to request a repair, you can download a repair authorization form. Please complete the form and send along with the product.

*Due to the nature of the acrylic, our bags need to be handled with proper care. KIM CIG is not liable for dropped items.


We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@kimcig.com
