When you’re not showing off your KIM CIG™ handbag, store in a cool, dry place or inside the dust bag. For cleaning and polishing, wipe with the cloth provided. Do not use any liquids or chemicals on your acrylic items or it’s metal components. Be gentle with your KIM CIG™ product and careful not to drop or hit on a hard surface as acrylic is a fragile material and should be handled with care.

The materials selected by KIM CIG™ are of the highest quality, however, they are still considered to be extremely delicate products. KIM CIG™ acrylic is durable, however you must wear, handle, and maintain with care. Avoid contact or friction with materials that could harm or damage the acrylic and metal components. Be careful not to drop or hit your KIM CIG™ products on a hard surface as acrylic is a fragile material and should be handled with proper care. KIM CIG™ is not liable for any damage by outside influence or dropped items.

KIM CIG™ handbags are rigid, therefore they are unable to bend or be forced out of shape. Do not over-fill your handbag or the structure and functionality could be compromised or damaged. KIM CIG™ is not liable for any damage caused to the frame or structure of the bag if excessive force is being used to close your product.

The technology of your KIM CIG™ item has been rigorously checked to meet the highest quality and technical standards; however, the base containing the electrical components must be handled and maintained with care. Avoid high impact. KIM CIG™ is not liable for any damage caused by dropping or subjecting your item to other impacts.

For cleaning and polishing your KIM CIG™ handbag, use a dry, soft cloth. Each cloth must be used exclusively for the handbag for which it was provided. Do not use any liquids or chemicals on your acrylic items or it’s metal components. Any use of cleaning products may damage or irreversibly alter the finish of the acrylic and hardware. Store your item upright. Store chains inside the antibacterial pouch provided to prevent any scratching or striking against the acrylic.

Never force a connector into a port or apply excessive pressure to a button. If the connector and port do not join with reasonable ease check for obstructions and make sure that the connector matches the port and that you have positioned the connector correctly.

Discoloration of the cables and connectors after regular use is normal. Dirt, debris, and exposure to moisture may cause discoloration. If your cable or connector becomes warm during use or handbag won’t charge, disconnect it and clean the connector with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use liquids or cleaning products when cleaning the connector.

The included cable, like any other metal wire or cable, is subject to fraying or breaking if repeatedly bent in the same spot. Use gentle curves instead of angles when handling the cable. Regularly inspect the cable and connector for any fraying, kinks, unraveling, breaks, or bends. Should you find any such damage, discontinue use of the cable.

Do not expose your product to moisture, high humidity, water or liquid, sand or dirt, detergent, acids, or lotions to preserve the beauty, battery, and functionality of the item. Do not expose your product to sunlight for prolonged periods to avoid discoloration. KIM CIG™ is not liable for any water damage or damage caused by any of the hazards named above.

Your item can be damaged and battery life shortened if stored or operated outside of the following temperature ranges: 32° and 95° F (0° and 35° C). Avoid exposing your item to dramatic changes in temperature or humidity. KIM CIG™ is not liable for any damage to the battery due to overheating or freezing.

KIM CIG™ handbags use 18650 rechargeable lithium-ion batteries with 5200mAh capacity. Your product and/or its battery must be recycled or disposed of separately from household waste. The separate collection and recycling of your product and/or its battery at the time of disposal will help conserve natural resources and help protect human health and the environment.
